This privacy policy explains what information AI Engines collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Who we are

Information we collect

• Contact form. Name, email, organization (optional), vertical, message. We use this only to reply to you and, with your consent, to follow up about relevant services.
• Newsletter. First name, last name, email, optional vertical. We use this to send occasional updates you can unsubscribe from with one click.
• Workshop bookings. Arranged directly with us through the contact form. We collect the details needed to confirm your booking and deliver the day: participant names, email addresses, and lunch preferences (including dietary restrictions and allergies).
• Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites.
• Music page. When you like a song, listen for 30 seconds or more, or post a comment, we store a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself) so each listener counts once and spam can be limited. Comments include the name you enter and are published only after we review them.
• Song downloads. Stripe processes payment; we never see or store your card details. We keep a record of which song was bought so your download link keeps working, and use the email you give Stripe to send you that link.
• Spam protection. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates the request (not the person) to block automated abuse.

How we use it

To answer you, deliver the workshops and services you book, and keep the site functioning. We do not sell your information.

• Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, spam protection).
• Resend (transactional email delivery).
• Stripe (payment processing for song downloads).
• MailerLite (newsletter).
• Zoho Mail (our business email).
• GitHub (content storage via our CMS).

Your rights

Email [email protected] to access, correct, export, or delete information we hold about you. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy materially, we'll post the new "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers.
