Is AI safe to use with patient information?
It depends on the tool, the configuration, and your facility's policy. We teach the bright lines around PHI before we teach the tools, and we work within the regulatory floor (HIPAA and your facility's specific AI-use policy) at every step. We are not your compliance officer, but we make sure you leave the day knowing what to take to one.
What does it cost?
$350 per seat. The day includes lunch, materials, and a working Claude Artifact tuned to your clinical context. Many practices send a small team (a charge nurse, a physician, a clinical educator) and split the cost across budgets. Sending five or more from your team? Will my facility's compliance team have concerns?
Probably yes, and that's a feature. Bring those concerns to the workshop. We design AI-use practices that respect compliance from the start rather than retrofitting after the fact. The output of the day is something you can take to compliance, not something you have to hide from them.
I'm not technical at all. Will I be lost?
No. We assume zero AI background. The first half of the day is AI literacy from first principles. By lunch you have the vocabulary and judgment to evaluate tools yourself.
